Founded in the late 50‘s’, the Mauritius Sanatan Dharma Temples Federation (MSDTF) was registered on 2nd February 1960 having its Registration number 348.

At that time a small office was located at 1 Justice Street, Port-Louis. Some years later the direction of the MSDTF decided to have their Head Quarters thereat. Working tirelessly and with dedication the project was realised.
